Sacred spring in honor of the icon of the Myrrh-bearing Mother of God

Every year on the 14^th of May, the solemn services are conducted in the convent of  thevillage ofEzhovo. This day is a patronal festival in the Myrrh-bearing hermitage, namely the day ofappearance of the Myrrh-bearing (Tsaryovokokshaysk) Icon of the Mother of God. There is a sacred spring in the place of its appearance, to which the cross procession with the icon traditionally comes after the festive divine services. There is a white-stoned chapel near which the spring is coming up. A new wooden bathhousewas recently installed near the spring.
