Winter Sports Center andKorta Training Center

The Winter Sports Center hosts all the main winter sports events of the city and the republic. Moreover, the center is a favorite place for outdoor activities and skiing for the Yoshkar-Ola city residents and guests of the capital.

The KortaTraining Center is designed both for professional sports and for active popular sports. The students of the Specialized Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve have training lessonsin skiing and athletes of the School of the Olympic Reserve of the Republic of Mari El have training sessions in the territory of the center.

Accommodation is provided for at the Korta Hotel for a comfortable stay of guests in the republican capital, as well as for the participants in major sports competitions in the Republic of Mari El.

The refreshment room is available in the center daily (09:00 a.m. – 03:00 p.m.). The cost of rent-a-ski-servicesis 200 rubles/hour on weekends and 100 rubles/hour on weekdays. There is a parking lot for vehicles in the territory of the Korta training center, the cost of which on the weekend is 50 rubles (source).
