Ice Palace of the Druzhba Stadium

The Ice Palace is located in the city center, being adjacent to Pobeda Boulevard. It is in great demand among the city residents, especially young people.

On December 28, 2006, the grand opening of the Ice Palace took place in the territory of the Druzhba stadiumin Yoshkar-Ola.

It was the third facility in Mari El with artificial ice. The small ice arena that meets all international standards, was built in record-breaking time –only six months and twenty days (source).
