Victory Park

Victory Park is located near the stadium "Druzhba", behind the Palace of culture named after Lenin.

In 2009-2010 the Victory park's sick trees were partially cut down and decorative trees were planted in their place.

Samples of military equipment were installed here: like the T-55 tank and the 76-mm divisional gun (ZiS-3). 122 mm howitzer (M-30) and 152-mm howitzer (D-1) will be installed in the Victory Park soon.

Tank and gun, installed in the park, as Museum exhibits are the first stage of the reconstruction of the park. According to idea of the architects, Victory Park must live up to its name. After reconstruction it will be a museum under the open sky in memory of the Great Patriotic War.
