It is the only suspension bridge in the city. This bridge that was opened in 1980, was originally designed as a bridge for the heating main of the urban CHP No.1. However, prior to construction it was decided to combine the pedestrian and pipeline components in a single project. The bridge is simple span, with two abutments. It connects the central and riverside parts of the city. A view of the Malaya Kokshaga and the green park area is available from this cable-stayed bridge.
