Botanical garden

Botanical garden can be called aт unique Museum of plants under the open sky in the Mari El Republic. The main tasks of the garden are collecting and preservation of collections of plants, educational and scientific activity, educating the population in the field of botany, ecology and gardening.

Here you can make a fascinating journey into the world of plants from five continents of the world, to see the ornamental, fruit, medicinal, food, technical, spices and aromatic plants.

The garden was created and preserved thanks to efforts of several generations of employees of the garden, Volga State University of Technology and it’s students.

Working hours:

The botanical garden is open for visit from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.

We work with clients: Tu, Th, Fr from 8:30 to 16:00, dinner 12:00 - 13:00
