Eshpai Mari State Philharmonic Hall

The EshpaiMari State Philharmonic Hall was established by the Decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the Mari Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republicdated August 31, 1938.

The high-priority task of the Philharmonic Hall is to promote the classical heritage of world musical culture, as well as the music pieces of Mari composers.
