House of merchant’s wife Matryona Korepova

The house of MatryonaIvanovnaKorepova belongs to the most striking examples of the civil development of the old Tsaryovokokshaysk. This house was built by courtesy ofMatryonaIvanovnaKorepova, a second-guild merchant's wife. She bought two adjacent houses and combined them into one. There was a shop and utility rooms on the ground floor of the building, and the first floor was occupied by a post and telegraph office.
